(CEO Bong-geun Oh), a company specializing in patient support services, to expand access to insurance-related counsel and legal support for patients with cancer and rare diseases.
Under this MOU, LIN will provide specialized legal counsel on insurance policy interpretation, guidance on legal rights, and insurance claim procedures to patients in need of legal advice through GetOrla, a patient support platform of Aurum Care. The goal is to provide clear and practical help with complex insurance-related procedures so that patients can focus on their treatment.
In addition, LIN plans to provide legal advice not only to patients wishing to file insurance claims, but also to insurance companies that must determine the appropriateness of claim payments, thereby supporting balanced and reasonable solutions for both parties.
