Yong Gap KIM (28th class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute), attorney at LIN, was recognized as Leading Lawyer in the Intellectual Property category in the October issue of Legal Times' Leading Lawyers 2024 special issue.

Yong Gap KIM joined Kim & Chang in 1999 and was a member of the intellectual property team for 19 years. He actively handled disputes involving copyright, unfair competition, and trade secrets, as well as advisory work. In addition, he has served as a counsel to major domestic and international companies in Korea and abroad, collaborating with experts in different fields to solve various legal problems encountered by companies. Since joining LIN in 2019, he has been working to build and strengthen both the IP and Japan teams.
