On September 23, 2023, Attorney Eung Jun Jeon, Head of the IP Team at LIN, gave a presentation on “A Study on International Jurisdiction and Governing Law Regarding Generative AI Models - From the Perspective of Korean International Law” at the Waseda University Institute of Comparative Law, and on April 22, 2024, the presentation material was published in the online journal of the Waseda University Institute of Comparative Law.
