Attorney Jin Kee Jung served several years in national defense agencies such as the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA), giving advice and handling litigations relating to the defense industry and performing tasks on military justice. In 2014, he joined Yoon & Yang LLC and performed mainly in the area of the defense industry and public procurement. Particularly, he advised and successfully carried out litigations relating to liquidated damages, disciplinary actions on unfair activities, recovery of unjust enrichment and additional dues, and cancellation of contracts.
Since joining Law Firm LIN in July 2020, Attorney Jung has been cooperating with the attorneys specializing in different fields to strengthen the expertise and to expand the scope of work relating to the field of defense industry, such as the development of the defense industry (supporting startups, venture-backed defense firms, and small to medium size defense firms), arms exports, offsets, national defense R&D, protection of military technology, domestic and/or foreign investments in the defense industry, M&As between defense companies, and others.
