Senior Advisor Lee Keun Jae (PhD in Business Administration) is a corporate management expert who has been involved in corporate finance and management for a long time in multinational companies. He worked as a manager in the finance department of Korea Telecom and as general manager of the finance department of KT Skylife.
He is also an expert in overseas investment who has worked as the CEO of Oracle Entertainment Co., Ltd. and the president of KMDC Co., Ltd. for many years, performing company listing in the stock market, overseas securities issuance, corporate M&A, overseas investment, international trade, and international finance.

In addition, Senior advisor Dr. Lee has been a regional expert at Yulchon and Daeji Law Firm for approximately eight years, starting in 2016. During his time as a regional team expert at Yulchon Law Firm and as the head of the Myanmar office at Daeji Law Firm, he successfully advised Korean companies entering the Southeast Asian market. His expertise includes guidance on incorporation, overseas investment consulting, obtaining government permits for business, corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), overseas real estate sales and acquisition consulting, as well as local commercial law, labor law, and tax law consulting.

With his extensive experience in corporate finance, commercial law, and overseas investment, gained from years of working with multinational companies and law firms, he provides precise and practical consulting services to companies looking to enter Southeast Asia.
