Since joining Woori Bank in 1985, Jang has been in charge of human resources, sales, credit underwriting, and restructuring, while serving as Head of Specialized Financial Examination Division, Managing Director of Corporate Banking Division, Executive Vice President for Human Resources, Executive Vice President for Large Corporate Groups, and Senior Vice President.
He is a recognized expert in both theory and experience in credit underwriting, having taught credit underwriting courses at the Korea Banking Institute for eight years, and is particularly skilled in credit underwriting and restructuring.
In March 2024, he joined LIN as an advisor.
