Attorney Hong Chul So started to serve as a judge at Gwangju District Court in 2000. He acquired much in-depth experience in the legal profession as he served as an associate judge and then a judge in Mokpo and Incheon in various civil and criminal divisions. As an attorney, he communicated with clients and handled diverse cases based on his experience as a judge and also served as a member of several commissions of public institutions.
