As an in-house counsel at a major corporation, Mr. Ki Seok Seol accumulated extensive practical experience and expertise by handling various legal matters arising in corporate management, including civil and criminal litigation, corporate advisory, antitrust, compliance, intellectual property, construction, and labor dispute resolution.

Subsequently, serving as a Deputy Director at the Ministry of Justice, he developed profound expertise in policy, administration, and legislation. His responsibilities included managing administrative appeals and litigation, enacting and amending laws and regulations, providing official statutory interpretations, reviewing government and lawmaker-initiated bills, formulating legislative strategies, and advancing institutional improvements for the attorney, notary, and legal-tech systems.

Currently, as an attorney certified by the Korean Bar Association specializing in Construction as well as Reconstruction & Redevelopment, Mr. Seol provides comprehensive legal counsel and represents clients in civil, criminal, and administrative cases across the construction and real estate industries.
