Byoung Seon CHOE has been involved in numerous major cross-border financial transactions, foreign exchange transactions, and works related to derivatives, asset securitization, and structured finance, corporate restructuring and M&As, sales of distressed assets , and related litigations. From early 2010 to late 2011, he was based in Shanghai, China, and is also involved in China-related works. Furthermore, Kim has strong ties with lawyers in other countries, having served as President of the World Association of Korean Lawyers from 2014 to 2016, and has recently been actively involved in resolving inheritance-related issues.
