Attorney Park graduated from the Graduate School of Law of Seoul National University in 1987 and passed the Korean Bar Examination in 1988. He served as a prosecutor from 1994 to 2014, a director general of the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) from 2014 to 2018, and an attorney at law from 2018. Based on his 21 years of experience as a public prosecutor and four years at the Financial Supervisory Service, he provides legal services that are specialized in the criminal area and the financial (capital market) area. In particular, Attorney Park performs as a legal representative in a way that is productive and effective in cases involving both criminal and financial fields.
