Young Jae SHIN has 20 years of experience providing legal services to local and international companies in various fields, including M&A, corporate general, and litigation, at Yoon & Yang LLC and Yulchon LLC. With this breadth of knowledge, diverse practice experience and know-how, she has been working with like-minded lawyers to provide quality legal services in a broader range of areas at LIN since 2021.
Il Roh KIM started his legal career in 2013 as a member of the finance team at Lee & Ko, where he specialized in corporate finance and other advisory work. After moving to Kim & Chang in 2015, he expanded his practice areas as a member of the finance, M&A, and corporate compliance team, further enhancing his expertise by advising on M&A transactions for major Korean conglomerates and leading foreign PE firms. He joined LIN as a partner in 2022.
