Mr. Kim’s practice focuses primarily on providing legal advice on current issues relating to the financial market and financial industry, and representing clients in litigation. Prior to joining LIN in July 2021, Mr. Kim worked in the finance team of Kim & Chang for nine years where he advised various financial institutions on general legal matters, compliance with financial regulations, and financial transactions. He also represented clients in various litigation and dispute matters. Mr. Kim received his LL.M. from NYU School of Law where he focused his studies on finance law. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association.
