Mr. Kim received a B.A. in law from Seoul National University and his master's degree in law from Sungkyunkwan University Law School. He also completed the doctoral program in labor law at Seoul National University College of Law. Prior to joining LIN in 2021, Mr. Kim worked as a legal advocate at the Correctional Service of the Ministry of Justice and the Seoul Immigration Office, where he handled litigation matters and provided legal advice.
