Attorney Jin Woo Jeon joined Law Firm Nara in 2004 and handled specialized tasks relating to corporate law, M&A, management rights disputes and disputes over redevelopmentㆍreconstruction. He also performed as a legal advisor of several listed companies, an auditor, an external member of the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning, an external member of the National Assembly, and an external auditor of Korea Specialty Contractor Financial Cooperative (KSCFC). Currently, Attorney Jeon is a partner at Law Firm LIN, and he also serves as an auditor of NICE D&B Co., Ltd. He graduated from the College of Law of Seoul National University (Department of Private Law) and completed the training course at the Judicial Research & Training Institute (33rd).
