•Represented a U.S.-based global leader in the automation industry in an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) project for a Swedish automotive manufacturer in Korea
•Advised a U.S. air quality solution company on the acquisition of a Korean sensor technology company
•Advised a U.S.-based leading provider of tech-enabled engineering solutions on its acquisition of a Korean company specializing in commissioning and energy marshalling for data center infrastructure
•Advised a Taiwanese manufacturer of lifting fittings for chain, wire rope, and webbing slings on a joint venture agreement with a Korean counterparty, and later on the settlement of disputes
•Advised a Middle Eastern investment firm on the acquisition of a Korean dental implant manufacturer
•Advised a U.S. investment fund on its investment in a Korean biotechnology company
•Advised U.K., U.S., Canadian and Korean lessors, lenders, intermediaries, and equity interests in leveraged equipment leasing transactions, including cross-border aircraft leasing and financing

•Represented a Swedish automotive safety supplier in multiple patent litigation matters in Korea
•Represented a Korean distributor of golf equipment in negotiating a settlement agreement with a U.S. machinery manufacturer
•Represented foreign creditors in the bankruptcy proceedings of a CeFi digital asset platform
•Advised a Russian bank on the implementation of sanctions on Russia in Korea
