Since 2012, Sun Hee Cho has been providing customized legal advice to companies at all stages of their growth, from early-stage startups to mid-market enterprises and publicly traded companies. Her practice focuses on human resources (HR), incentive schemes such as stock options and RSUs, investments, and various other general corporate legal issues. In the area of ESG, she actively advises global corporations and exporters on establishing ESG compliance frameworks, risk management systems, supply chain due diligence, and response strategies for SMEs. In addition, Cho advises Korea's leading science and technology institutes on intellectual property rights, and joint development agreements (JDAs), and handles litigation and advisory services related to trade secrets and the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act. She is also highly active in copyright litigation and advisory services for entertainment and drama production companies.
