Legislative Consulting/Legislative Support
Legislative Consulting/Legislative Support
Overview
Legislative consulting is the domain of analyzing the impact of legal and regulatory changes on businesses and designing policy response strategies. The LIN Government Relations Team diagnoses the regulatory environment and analyzes the stakeholder landscape to present actionable roadmaps. It ensures consistent alignment between corporate compliance and external communications. It transforms risk from "reactive response" to "proactive design."

Legislative support provides professional services staffed by practitioners who understand National Assembly and government procedures. The team analyzes the legislative process, monitors bill progression, and engages in targeted liaison activities. It designs amendment proposals and position papers, and directly supports hearing and subcommittee proceedings.
