Youngmi Oh is a foreign attorney qualified in both Australia and New York, with expertise in international transactions and cross-border projects. After completing her J.D. in Sydney, she began her legal career at local law firms handling civil litigation and corporate advisory matters. Upon returning to Korea, she worked at Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering, where she gained extensive experience in international contracts and dispute-related matters, including overseas project bids, EPC contracts, joint ventures, asset sales, and dispute resolution.
