Attorney Yu-geun Kwon is a specialist in antitrust and fair trade law. His primary areas of practice include fair trade, subcontracting, terms and conditions, agency, franchise, Compliance Programs (CP), construction, and general corporate law.

From February 2016 to July 2023, he handled a wide range of fair trade cases for approximately seven years at the Korea Fair Trade Mediation Agency (KOFTI), serving in the Construction Subcontracting Team, Fair Trade Team, and Terms/Agency Team. In recognition of his expertise, he lectured KOFTI investigators on investigation methods for subcontracting and terms-related cases and was honored with the KOFTI President's Commendation in 2022.

Between August 2023 and August 2025, he worked at LLC Chungjung, where he focused on responding to investigations by the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) and KOFTI, representing clients in KFTC filings, defending defendants in civil litigation involving unfair trade practices, and providing CP and corporate legal advisory services.

Since joining LIN LLC in August 2025, he has been overseeing fair trade matters, corporate advisory, and various litigations. Furthermore, as the Legal Director of the Korea Subcontracting Law Association, he has lectured on Subcontracting Law, Fair Trade Law, and Agency Act at the Korea Fair Competition Federation and various corporations, while actively participating as a panelist in academic symposiums co-hosted by the KFTC and the Korea Subcontracting Law Association.
