From 2013 to 2021, Mr. Park worked on various litigation and advisory cases in the Domestic Disputes Group at Bae, Kim & Lee. He achieved good results by focusing on cases involving management embezzlement, breach of fiduciary duty, and bribery of executives of large companies that had become major social issues, as well as cases involving violations of the Public Offices Election Act by members of the National Assembly and heads of local governments. He also has extensive experience in civil litigations related to finance, construction, and real estate. Particularly, he has been recognized for his expertise in advising and litigating cases related to the press, media, and telecommunications based on his experience as a reporter at Chosun Ilbo.

In 2021, he was appointed as the first prosecutor of the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials, where he gained experience as Investigation Planning Officer in investigating and prosecuting corruption cases at the Prosecution Division, Investigation Division 1, before joining LIN.
