Mr. Changha Yoo started his career as an analyst for Hudson Advisors Korea in 1999. From April 2001 to March 2013, he had worked as a team leader and a legal director later on for the Korean internet portal site, Daum Communications. From October 2014 to February 2017, he worked for TEK & LAW, a Korean law firm, which mainly focuses on IT legal matters. After that, he worked as a general counsel for TMON, being in charge of the legal department, from March 2017 to February 2020. As an in-house counsel for big Korean IT companies and a law firm lawyer, his professional focuses have been on antitrust law, corporate law and ICT-related laws, covering contract reviews, litigations, M&A deals, intellectual properties and other general legal matters.
