Attorney Park graduated from the Graduate School of Law of Seoul National University in 1987 and passed the Korean Bar Examination in 1988. He served as a prosecutor from 1994 to 2014, a director general of the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) from 2014 to 2018, and an attorney at law from 2018.
