Attorney Sung June Park started his legal profession by working as an attorney at Law Firm, Lawtec. At Lawtec, Attorney Park carried out various lawsuits on civil, criminal, administrative, and family cases and acquired a broad experience of corporate counseling for Neowiz, NHN, etc.

He then worked as an in-house counsel at the legal affairs office of Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) for approximately five years, where he successfully performed tasks on critical issues such as the sale of the former headquarters site in Samseong-dong, the Miryang transmission line construction project, response plans against the manipulation of electronic bidding systems, and sanctions against improper business entities. This extensive experience provided him with a deep, practical understanding of public enterprise operations in power generation, transmission, distribution, and electricity trading.

Currently, Attorney Park is a partner at LIN LLC, specializing in energy and infrastructure. He provides comprehensive legal solutions—including regulatory compliance, contracting, investment advisory, and litigation—across all energy sources such as LNG, wind, solar, fuel cells, hydrogen, and ESS. Leveraging his balanced perspective on government policy and industry reality, he also serves as a legal advisor to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE), Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), the Korea Power Exchange (KPX), the Korea Gas Corporation (KOGAS), and the five major power generation subsidiaries, while continuing his role as an external expert on the Contract Deliberation Committee of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (KHNP).
