Ms. Park started her legal career as a corporate lawyer in a large Korean law firm in 2001. Starting from 2004, when the concept of in-house lawyer was still new in Korea, she worked as in-house counsel in several multinational companies, where she was in charge of compliance and legal matters for their business operations, such as advising on domestic and international contracts, M&A, regulations relating to public companies, fair trade law issues (e.g., holding company, subcontractor, etc.), and labor law issues. Based on her fourteen years of experience as an in-house counsel, she provides comprehensive legal services to support the needs of in-house teams of our clients. Currently, she specializes in laws and regulations pertaining to mobility, blockchain, personal data protection, healthcare, e-commerce as a partner in Lin’s TMT · Data Security Department.
