Jai Wook LEE provides sophisticated counsel in technology-intensive areas, including artificial intelligence, data privacy, cybersecurity, ICT law, intellectual property, technology transfer, licensing, labor, and corporate compliance. With a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, he also offers expert guidance in complex matters such as AI, e-Discovery, internal investigations, and forensics. He has extensive experience advising companies across diverse industries, including ICT, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and entertainment. Prior to joining LIN LLC, Lee practiced as a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang and previously at Yulchon LLC. He also served as Counsel at Oracle Korea, where he co-founded the In-House Counsel Forum (IHCF), actively promoting the professional development of in-house legal teams.
Furthermore, Lee has been active in the international legal community, serving as President of the International Association of Korean Lawyers (IAKL), and as Division Chair and Program Officer for the Asia-Pacific region of the American Bar Association Section of International Law. In 2020, he founded AI Lingo Inc., a company providing AI-powered legal translation services.
